The Senior Experience…
March 20, 2009Session Preparation
- Here are some suggestions as to what to bring to your session. A variety of clothing is a must, so bring at least three changes of clothing. Bring the outfits that your parents don’t like too. We won’t shoot a lot of shots with these clothes, but I always try for a variety. Jeans are usually the best way to start. You can also bring a variety of accessories from shoes, heels, boots, hats, scarves, sunglasses, and jewelry. Suits, prom dresses, dress up clothes, funky clothes, and of course your most comfortable outfits are all great for capturing your style.
- Having a professional do your hair, makeup, and nails is always a great way to start your session. Bring any makeup for touch ups or reapplying if it is a warmer day.
- Adding accessories to your outfit can be a great addition to your pictures and add to the outfit as well. If you are not sure of what to bring talk to one of your fashionable friends for advice or go to a trendy clothing store. Planning your clothing selections in advance is a huge bonus. Looking in a full length mirror to see how you look will help in deciding.
