Christy and Craig’s Wedding…

Christy and Craig got married in Kokomo, Indiana at Oakbrook Church with their reception at the Kokomo Country Club.  It is funny because I was feeling a little bit of deja vu as my last wedding was at both venues, but this is the part about weddings that I love.  The day was totally unique and specialized with little details that fit with Christy and Craig perfectly.  Karen Peelle did the flowers, so that made the day easy to start with getting shots of the beautiful flowers.  Christy looked awesome in her wedding gown, so when we were shooting the bridal shots of her before the ceremony there were all kinds of oohs and ahhs.  I got some shots of Craig and his brothers as well that ranged from headlocks to arm wrestling, so needless to say I think they had fun with it.

The reception at the Country Club was so much fun.  The DJ was Andrew Young and he did an awesome job.  I will tell you this.  The man can sing!  He had everybody up on the dance floor once we were done with the cake cutting and the formal dances.  I about lost it when I was editing the pictures and I noticed this one shot while everyone was dancing to “Superman.”  All Christy needed was the cape.  Check it out below.

Thank you guys for having me as part of your wedding day.  It was an amazing day to say the least…

Christy and Craig got one of my custom sign in guest books and it was so cool.  The images were from their engagement session.  I think they are going to be busy reading all the notes from everybody when they get back.

Look at that death grip on the table!

Sean Verlee rocked the vocals for the ceremony.  If you have an upcoming wedding and are looking for an awesome vocalist let me know and I can get his information to you.

Rockin’ the fisheye lens for the dollar dance.

Give this bride a SUPERGIRL cape!!
