I went to Bloomington last night to watch IU play Minnesota. It was fun. We were 17 rows up, so the seats were pretty good. The Hoosiers won the game 71-59, but it was a lot closer than the score would indicate. I do think that Kelvin Sampson has done a nice job of putting the fight and emotion back in the IU team.

My friend and I went down for the day, so we were driving around campus just looking at how things have changed. It was about 50 degrees, so it was the first nice day for the runners to get out. We were both laughing at how so many of the students didn’t look old enough to be in college. I think that is a sign that we are getting old, or maybe just older. 🙂 We ate at the Snow Lion restaurant. This is owned by the nephew of the Dalai Lama. It is pretty rare in that it is only one of a few Tibetan restaurants in the US. Unfortunately His Holiness was not there visiting…
