It is funny to me how I meet people at weddings, and then later on I get a call from them with the news that they are now engaged. :)  I always love it when I get to shoot a wedding for someone that has either been in a wedding that I did for their friends or brother/sister because they already know a little bit about how I go about the day.  So where am I going with this??  Last winter I shot Jessica’s sister’s wedding (Hi Kristin!) and she was the maid of honor.  I remember taking this shot of her and Scott after the wedding when everybody was relaxing back in the hotel room  before the reception started.

 

So now Jessica and Scott are getting married next summer in Lafayette…

These last three shots were really funny…I had this idea that I wanted to get some leaves falling on them.  Well…it really wasn’t that windy, so the leaves were not falling.  So what did we do?  We created our own falling leaves!! 🙂
