I have been thinking about how to share some moments from the last few years with you that are special to me. I am planning on every Friday to bring back a special time during a wedding that I can actually share the thoughts that I had when I took the photo. I do try to share as many pictures of the weddings that I shoot, but sometimes there are pictures that I take that either fall through the cracks or the space fills up with other pictures.
To start this series I want to share a moment from Karie and Kyle’s wedding from a couple of years ago. This was a shot in front of the All Saints Catholic Church in Logansport, Indiana.  They were leaving to get into the limo and I remember that the bridal party all had a bunch of rose petals in their hands and were going to shower the couple with them as they left the church to get into the limo. I just love the expression on the face of Kyle’s (the groom) sister on the right of the shot. It just shows such a love and excitement for the newly married couple. I think that shots like this are always my favorite because you can feel their excitement and their joy of the moment.
