The Super Bowl pretty much backfired on my predictions. Eli Manning should now get the respect that he so deserves. I also loved watching Peyton’s reactions as well. How cool must that be for their parents to think that they have two sons who have won Super Bowls?? But then again they seem so humble that I doubt if anything will really change for them. That fourth quarter was awesome. I thought there were a few good commercials and a few really bad ones as well…The Bud Light commercials were funny with Carlos Mencia and the big block of Cheese. The Diet Pepsi Max take on “What is Love” was funny as well. I also liked the Sobe Life Water lizards from Thrillicious. Then there were the odd ones. The unibrow girl from Planters was waaay out there as well as the Doritos commercials. I thought that the mouse trap commecial and the featured singer (her name is leaving me with a blank) were both really lame, but I guess their plan worked because I am talking about them. :) I am hoping that for next year’s game that we could have an Indianapolis Colts vs the New York Giants Super Bowl. But I will just settle for Indianapolis.

Wii has become a huge hit in my house…My son’s are both using the controllers like they were born to do that. Star Wars Lego and Carnival Games are both being rotated pretty heavily.

Garmin GPS Systems rock! I love the fact that I was able to get around Lafayette this weekend for a wedding and everything was right there in front of me. I found a Starbucks after the reception at the Holiday Inn Select in no time. I would highly recommend checking these out if you do any kind of traveling, or if you are like me and can’t tell which way is North to save my life. 🙂
I had an awesome time this weekend as I got to shoot with Nick and Kristin at their wedding in Lafayette. I will have more later in the week on that…
