Kokomo, IN – October has been by far one of the busiest months of the year for me with tons of weddings, couples with their engagement sessions, and seniors trying to wrap up their shoots outside. It has been pretty hectic so far, and I still have a couple of weeks left. But this is where Jenna and Justin come in and also why I love my job so much. Both of them were so relaxed and easy to work with that at times I felt like I was more of a guest. That is always something that I enjoy when everybody forgets what I am there to do and things happen right in front of me that will be special in their eyes forever.
Their ceremony was held at the Chapel Hill Christian Church and was followed by the reception at the Casa Bella Ballroom.
It is always nice when you have help getting ready…
Check out the attitude in this shot!!! Don’t mess with us…
I loved this relaxed shot…
This is one reason I shoot with the Canon 135L as this was way back in the shadows as Jenna was getting ready to come up the aisle. F2…1/30
I thought I would show a couple of different shots that I did of the same “moment” with remote cameras. I love the fact that most of the time people never even know they are there, so the moments are so real…
and the remote camera angle…
This was another remote camera shot as they were leaving to get in their getaway car…I basically mounted this to the driver’s side window with a tripod and a magic arm…
and then my shot of the same scenario…as well as a Wise Photography Favorite of the Day!
This was very cool…They donated to Flashes of Hope instead of party favors. I love it when couples do this…
I caught a glimpse of the notes from the best man’s speech…”Been Friends Forever” pretty much says it all…
I am not sure exactly who took this shot or how I got suckered into joining this shot either…:)
X-sight Music had the dance floor packed once again. 🙂
Sometimes requests can rock…This was during Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline”…..”So good, so good, so good..”
Justin and Jenna…I want to thank you for letting me share in your wedding experience. You guys are both so deserving of each other. Wishing you the best…M
